小Y县农村小学教师流失的原因及对策
摘 要
在城镇化进程中,由于经济模式和生产方式的改变,必然会对城市、农村地区的师资队伍构成产生不同的影响。与城镇相比,乡村小学的老师在工资福利、工作环境以及发展环境上都存在着许多不利因素,而且城市化的发展将进一步加剧这些不利因素,从而导致乡村学校的老师大量流失。因此,怎样有效的规避这一问题,是一个亟待解决的问题。本论文将 Y县乡村小学的教师流失问题作为切入点,以向 Y县各个城镇的六所乡村小学教师发放问卷、访谈交流等方式,获得了有关的资料,并对所获得的有关的信息进行了分析。从待遇、政策制度、工作生活环境和老师本人等几个角度,对会对乡村小学老师流失产生的实际原因进行深入地剖析,并找到一种可以有效应对的方法,并提出相应的对策。

Abstract
In the process of urbanization, changes in economic models and production methods will inevitably have different impacts on the composition of teachers in urban and rural areas. Compared to cities and towns, there are many unfavorable factors for teachers in rural primary schools in terms of wages and benefits, working environment, and development environment. Moreover, the development of urbanization will further exacerbate these unfavorable factors, leading to a large number of teachers in rural schools losing their jobs. Therefore, how to effectively avoid this problem is an urgent issue to be solved. This paper takes the issue of teacher turnover in rural primary schools in Y County as a starting point, and obtains relevant information through questionnaires, interviews, and exchanges with teachers in six rural primary schools in various towns in Y County, and analyzes the relevant information obtained. From the perspectives of salary, policy system, working and living environment, and teachers themselves, this paper deeply analyzes the actual causes of teacher turnover in rural primary schools, finds an effective response method, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
