互联网技术支撑下的现代物业管理模式的创新研究
摘 要：随着互联网技术的快速发展及其在各行各业的广泛应用，传统物业管理模式正面临深刻的变革。本文旨在探讨互联网技术支撑下现代物业管理模式的创新路径与实践效果，以提升物业管理效率与服务质量。研究通过文献分析、案例研究与实地访谈相结合的方法，系统梳理了当前物业管理中存在的主要问题，并基于互联网思维和技术手段提出相应的创新解决方案。具体而言，文章构建了一个融合物联网、大数据和云计算等技术的智慧物业管理框架，并以某大型城市社区为试点进行实证研究，评估其在设备管理、能耗控制、业主服务等方面的应用成效。研究结果表明，引入互联网技术不仅显著提升了物业运营的智能化水平和服务响应速度，还有效降低了管理成本并增强了用户满意度。本文的主要创新在于提出了一个系统化的智慧物业管理模型，并验证了其在实际场景中的可行性与优越性。研究为推动物业管理行业的数字化转型提供了理论支持与实践参考，具有较强的现实意义与推广价值。

An Innovative Study on Modern Property Management Models Supported by Internet Technologies
Abstract: With the rapid development of internet technology and its widespread application across various industries, traditional property management models are undergoing profound transformations. This paper aims to explore the innovative pathways and practical outcomes of modern property management models supported by internet technology, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency and service quality in property management. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and field interviews, this research systematically identifies the key challenges currently faced in property management and proposes corresponding innovative solutions based on internet-based thinking and technological tools. Specifically, the study constructs a smart property management fr amework that integrates technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and cloud computing, and conducts an empirical investigation within a large urban community to evaluate its effectiveness in equipment management, energy consumption control, and owner services. Findings indicate that the integration of internet technology not only significantly improves the intelligence level and service response speed of property operations but also effectively reduces management costs and enhances user satisfaction. The primary contribution of this paper lies in the proposal of a systematic smart property management model and the validation of its feasibility and superiority in real-world settings. This research provides theoretical support and practical insights for advancing digital transformation in the property management industry, offering substantial relevance and potential for broader application.
