摘要
随着建筑行业对效率与质量要求的不断提高,预制建筑构件技术作为现代建筑工业化的重要组成部分,正受到广泛关注。本研究旨在系统探讨预制建筑构件的生产与施工关键技术,提升其技术应用水平与产业化能力。通过文献分析、案例研究与实验验证相结合的方法,全面梳理了预制构件的设计、生产、运输及现场装配各环节的技术要点与难点,并针对传统施工方式中存在的效率低、能耗高及质量不稳定等问题提出优化方案。研究创新性地引入数字化设计与智能生产技术,实现了构件精度与施工效率的显著提升。结果表明,优化后的生产工艺可使构件合格率提高10%以上,施工现场工期缩短约20%,同时有效降低材料浪费和人工成本。本研究不仅为预制建筑构件的技术标准化提供了理论支持,也为推动绿色建造与建筑工业化融合发展作出了积极贡献。

Abstract
With the continuous increase in demands for efficiency and quality within the construction industry, prefabricated building components have garnered significant attention as a crucial element of modern architectural industrialization. This study systematically investigates the key technologies involved in the production and construction of prefabricated building components, aiming to enhance their application level and industrial capacity. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and experimental validation, this research comprehensively examines the technical essentials and challenges across various stages, including design, manufacturing, transportation, and on-site assembly of prefabricated components. Furthermore, it proposes optimization strategies to address issues such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, and inconsistent quality commonly associated with traditional construction methods. Innovatively introducing digital design and intelligent production technologies, the study achieves notable improvements in component precision and construction efficiency. The results indicate that the optimized production process can increase the component pass rate by more than 10%, reduce the construction period on site by approximately 20%, and effectively lower material waste and labor costs. This research not only provides theoretical support for the standardization of prefabricated building component technologies but also contributes positively to the integrated development of green construction and architectural industrialization.
