摘要:本研究旨在探讨护理人员职业倦怠问题,通过对职业倦怠的定义和内涵进行梳理,构建理论模型和分类。同时研究护理人员的认知,包括对职业倦怠的认知和评估,以及个体的体验和反应,并分析个体因素和应对方式对职业倦怠的影响。此外,本研究还将探讨护理人员对职业倦怠的应对策略,包括心理健康促进与压力管理、工作满意度和工作倦怠预防措施,以及职业发展和个人成长的支持。通过对相关研究领域的回顾,旨在为解决护理人员职业倦怠问题提供理论依据和应对策略。本研究对护理岗位及相关健康领域的发展和提升具有重要的意义和实践价值。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the issue of occupational burnout among nursing staff. By sorting out the definition and connotation of occupational burnout, a theoretical model and classification are constructed. Simultaneously studying the cognition of nursing staff, including the cognition and evaluation of occupational burnout, as well as individual experiences and reactions, and analyzing the impact of individual factors and coping styles on occupational burnout. In addition, this study will also explore nursing staff's coping strategies for job burnout, including mental health promotion and stress management, job satisfaction and job burnout prevention measures, as well as support for career development and personal growth. Through a review of relevant research fields, the aim is to provide theoretical basis and coping strategies for addressing the issue of occupational burnout among nursing staff. This study has important significance and practical value for the development and improvement of nursing positions and related health fields.
