摘 要
造价咨询行业作为工程建设领域的重要组成部分，其数字化转型与创新发展已成为应对时代变革的必然选择。本研究以数字经济快速发展的宏观背景为切入点，探讨传统造价咨询行业在技术革新、管理模式优化及服务效能提升等方面面临的机遇与挑战。研究旨在通过系统分析数字化技术对造价咨询行业的深远影响，提出适应行业发展趋势的创新路径。采用文献综述、案例分析与实证研究相结合的方法，深入剖析国内外典型企业的数字化实践，并结合大数据、人工智能和区块链等前沿技术的应用现状，构建了适用于造价咨询行业的数字化转型框架。研究结果表明，数字化技术能够显著提高造价咨询工作的精确性与效率，同时推动行业向智能化、协同化方向发展。此外，研究发现数据标准化建设、专业人才储备以及信息安全保障是实现数字化转型的关键因素。本研究的创新点在于首次提出了基于多维技术融合的造价咨询数字化转型模型，并通过实证验证了其可行性和有效性。研究成果不仅为行业提供了理论指导，还为相关企业制定数字化战略提供了实践参考，对促进行业高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
The cost consulting industry, as a critical component of the construction engineering sector, has embraced digital transformation and innovation as an inevitable response to the changing times. This study examines the macro background of the rapid development of the digital economy to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by traditional cost consulting industries in terms of technological innovation, management model optimization, and service efficiency enhancement. By systematically analyzing the profound impact of digital technologies on the cost consulting industry, this research proposes innovative pathways aligned with industry development trends. Employing a combination of literature review, case analysis, and empirical research, the study conducts an in-depth investigation into the digital practices of typical domestic and international enterprises, while considering the application status of cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. A digital transformation fr amework tailored for the cost consulting industry is constructed accordingly. The results indicate that digital technologies can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of cost consulting work, while promoting the industry's transition towards intelligentization and collaboration. Additionally, the study reveals that the key factors for successful digital transformation include data standardization, professional talent reserves, and information security safeguards. An innovation of this research lies in the first-time proposal of a multidimensional technology-integrated digital transformation model for cost consulting, which has been empirically validated for its feasibility and effectiveness. The findings not only provide theoretical guidance for the industry but also offer practical references for related enterprises in formulating digital strategies, thereby contributing significantly to the high-quality development of the industry.
