摘 要
工程质量管理是确保项目成功实施的关键环节,而质量成本控制与优化作为其中的核心内容,对提升工程质量、降低资源浪费具有重要意义。本研究基于当前工程质量管理中普遍存在的成本控制难题,深入探讨了质量成本的构成及其影响因素,并提出了系统化的质量成本控制与优化方法。研究以现代质量管理理论为基础,结合案例分析和定量建模技术,构建了一套适用于复杂工程项目的质量成本评估体系。通过引入全生命周期管理理念,将预防成本、鉴定成本、内部故障成本和外部故障成本纳入统一框架进行分析,揭示了各成本要素之间的动态关系。研究采用多目标优化算法,针对实际工程项目中的质量成本数据进行了模拟验证,结果表明所提方法能够显著提高成本控制效率并实现资源配置的最优化。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种基于大数据分析的质量成本预测模型,为决策者提供了科学依据,从而有效降低了因质量问题引发的经济和时间损失。最终结论显示,通过精细化管理和技术创新,可以在保证工程质量的同时实现成本的有效控制,为工程质量管理领域的理论发展和实践应用提供了重要参考价值。

Abstract
Engineering quality management is a critical component for ensuring the successful implementation of projects, and quality cost control and optimization, as its core content, play a significant role in enhancing engineering quality and reducing resource wastage. This study addresses the prevalent challenges in cost control within current engineering quality management, exploring the composition of quality costs and their influencing factors while proposing a systematic approach to quality cost control and optimization. Grounded in modern quality management theory, this research integrates case analysis and quantitative modeling techniques to develop an evaluation system tailored for complex engineering projects. By incorporating the concept of lifecycle management, the study analyzes preventive costs, appraisal costs, internal failure costs, and external failure costs within a unified fr amework, revealing the dynamic relationships among these cost elements. A multi-ob jective optimization algorithm was employed to simulate and validate quality cost data from real-world engineering projects, demonstrating that the proposed method significantly improves cost control efficiency and achieves optimal resource allocation. Furthermore, this study innovatively introduces a quality cost prediction model based on big data analytics, providing decision-makers with scientific evidence to effectively mitigate economic and time losses caused by quality issues. The final conclusions indicate that through refined management and technological innovation, it is possible to ensure engineering quality while achieving effective cost control, offering substantial theoretical and practical implications for the field of engineering quality management.
