ABSTRACT
In the context of profound transformations in the global economic environment and intensifying corporate competition, employee incentive mechanisms, as a core means to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction, are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study aims to explore innovative approaches to employee incentive mechanisms in the new era and their practical effects, with the goal of providing enterprises with more targeted and effective management strategies. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, case studies, and statistical modeling, this research systematically examines the existing problems in current incentive mechanisms and proposes an incentive model based on the principles of personalization, digitization, and participation, taking into account the value orientations and psychological needs of the new generation of employees. The findings indicate that traditional material incentives are insufficient to meet diversified demands, whereas an integrated incentive system combining non-material incentives, technological empowerment, and cultural shaping significantly enhances employees' work motivation and sense of organizational belonging. Empirical analysis further validates the effectiveness of this innovative model in improving employee performance, reducing turnover rates, and strengthening team collaboration. The primary contribution of this study lies in breaking through the limitations of traditional incentive theories by constructing a dynamic incentive fr amework adapted to the characteristics of the new era, thereby offering theoretical support and practical guidance for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of integrating technological applications with humanistic care, providing a new perspective for future research directions in employee incentive mechanisms.
