电力公司生产管理系统的设计

摘  要
由于企业的发展需要,各企业建立了很多的信息管理平台,虽然各平台的上线时限不一,但某些功能之间有一定的交叉,造成了各系统之间的业务数据不统一,同时由于多个系统的运行,维护费用也会增加。因此,本论文针对目前我国电网企业的实际情况,研制了一种以企业为主、替代原有企业信息系统为主的企业生产经营管理体系。
在此基础上,以J2EE技术为基础,利用 MySQL数据库技术,实现了以 B/S体系结构为基础的企业生产经营管理体系。文章通过对目前电网企业的生产类信息化和用户的调查,确定了其应有的职能和所要解决的主要业务类型;在此基础上,对整个网络进行了总体结构、业务流程、实现类、时序图、数据库等方面的设计;其次是对该软件进行了功能性和性能的检测;并对该体系的具体实现进行了说明。该平台运行后,对各电网企业的经营活动进行了全面的整合,从而有效地提升了企业的内部经营效率,同时也大大减少了企业的运行费用。该系统以信息化为基础,对电网资源中心、运维检修中心、技术储备中心、监督评价中心等中心进行了一体化管理,提高了生产信息化水平。

Abstract
Due to the development needs of enterprises, enterprises have established a lot of information management platforms. Although the online time limit of each platform is different, there are certain overlaps between some functions, resulting in the inconsistency of business data between systems. At the same time, due to the operation of multiple systems, maintenance costs will also increase. Therefore, according to the actual situation of China's power grid enterprises at present, this paper has developed an enterprise production and operation management system that is based on enterprises and replaces the original enterprise information system.
On this basis, based on J2EE technology and MySQL database technology, the enterprise production and operation management system based on B/S architecture is realized. Based on the investigation of the current production informatization and users of power grid enterprises, this paper determines their functions and main business types to be solved; On this basis, the overall structure, business process, implementation class, sequence diagram, database and other aspects of the whole network are designed; Secondly, the functionality and performance of the software are tested; The concrete implementation of the system is also described. After the operation of the platform, the operation activities of various power grid enterprises have been comprehensively integrated, thus effectively improving the internal operation efficiency of enterprises, and also greatly reducing the operating costs of enterprises. Based on informatization, the system has integrated management of power grid resource center, operation and maintenance center, technology reserve center, supervision and evaluation center and other centers, improving the level of production informatization.
