新时代国家监察体制改革研究综述

摘  要
十八大以后,我国的社会发展迅速,人民的物质条件不断改善,我们对于贪污问题的关注和处理问题的态度越来越坚决,采取的措施也越来越有力。在当前的反腐形势下,中央提出了深化监察制度、建立监察机构来处理腐败问题的对策。文章从中国监督管理制度的变革出发,结合中国现行的监督管理制度,对现行的监督制度进行了深入的剖析,并针对目前的问题,给出了相应的对策。
首先概述了我国检察制度的理论渊源、背景及意义。习近平中国新时期的中国特色社会主义思想,在实践和理论上都得到了全面的发展,从而发展了具有鲜明的中国特点。第二节重点阐述了我国监督管理制度的改革还有待进一步深入的问题。第三章,针对目前我国监督管理制度存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

Abstract

They can understand the target house information at home, quickly and conveniently compare the goods with the other houses, and easily find satisfactory houses. This system can effectively promote and sell the products of real estate companies, carry out dynamic demand survey of target groups, understand the situation of competitors, reduce the consumption of personnel and resources, and achieve the goal of twice the result with half the effort; In addition, you can rent and sell your house online like other things.
The design of the software follows the structural principle and adopts a "dynamic generation" method, that is, first build an initial application, then add and improve its sub-functions on the original basis, from surface to point, from point to surface, after repeated modification and improvement, finally form a mature, functional and user-friendly application. This software is based on Powerbuilder 9.0 and uses SQL to query. The system dynamically monitors the information of rentable and saleable houses, so as to grasp the dynamics of market houses, the target needs and changes of buyers, and reach agreements with target customers, real estate companies and intermediary companies, thus completing the whole process of buying and selling houses and renting houses.
