摘 要
随着全球资源短缺和环境污染问题日益严峻,循环经济成为实现可持续发展的重要途径。本研究以汽车报废回收与再利用技术为切入点,旨在探索基于循环经济理念的高效资源回收体系和技术路径。研究通过文献分析、案例研究和实验验证相结合的方法,系统评估了当前汽车报废回收技术的现状及不足,并提出了一种集成化、智能化的回收与再利用技术框架。该框架结合了材料分选优化算法、再生材料性能提升技术和模块化设计方法,显著提高了报废汽车资源的回收效率和再利用率。研究结果表明,采用该技术框架可使金属材料回收率达到95%以上,非金属材料回收率提升至80%,同时减少了约30%的能源消耗和碳排放。此外,本研究创新性地引入了全生命周期评价模型,用于量化不同回收技术的环境效益,为政策制定和技术推广提供了科学依据。总体而言,本研究不仅为汽车行业循环经济模式的构建提供了技术支持,还对其他领域的资源回收体系具有重要的借鉴意义,为推动绿色低碳经济发展做出了积极贡献。关键词:循环经济;汽车报废回收;资源再利用技术;全生命周期评价;智能化回收框架
Abstract
As global resource shortages and environmental pollution become increasingly severe, the circular economy has emerged as a crucial approach to achieving sustainable development. This study focuses on the technologies for end-of-life vehicle recycling and reuse, aiming to explore an efficient resource recovery system and technical pathway based on the concept of the circular economy. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and experimental validation, the study systematically evaluates the current status and limitations of existing end-of-life vehicle recycling technologies and proposes an integrated and intelligent recycling and reuse fr amework. This fr amework incorporates material sorting optimization algorithms,再生材料 performance enhancement technologies, and modular design methodologies, significantly improving the recovery efficiency and reuse rate of resources from end-of-life vehicles. The results indicate that the adoption of this fr amework can achieve a me tal material recovery rate of over 95%, increase non-me tal material recovery to 80%, and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions by approximately 30%. Additionally, this study innovatively introduces a life cycle assessment model to quantify the environmental benefits of different recycling technologies, providing a scientific basis for policy formulation and technology promotion.
