摘 要
随着云计算技术的快速发展,服务组合与优化成为提升云平台资源利用率和用户体验的关键问题。本研究以云计算环境下的服务组合为切入点,旨在探索高效的服务组合策略及优化方法,解决当前服务选择复杂性高、性能瓶颈显著等问题。研究采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方式,构建了基于多目标优化的服务组合模型,并引入智能算法改进传统优化方法的不足。通过设计并实施一系列仿真实验,验证了所提方法在降低响应时间、提高服务质量以及增强系统可扩展性方面的有效性。研究表明,该模型能够显著提升服务组合效率,同时满足用户多样化需求。本研究的主要创新点在于提出了一种融合动态权重调整机制的优化算法,有效平衡了性能与成本之间的矛盾,为云计算平台的服务管理提供了新的思路和实践参考。关键词:云计算服务组合; 多目标优化; 智能算法; 动态权重调整; 服务质量
Abstract
With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, service composition and optimization have become critical issues for improving resource utilization and user experience on cloud platforms. This study focuses on service composition in cloud computing environments, aiming to explore efficient strategies and optimization methods to address challenges such as high complexity in service selection and significant performance bottlenecks. By integrating theoretical analysis with experimental validation, a multi-ob jective optimization-based service composition model is constructed, and intelligent algorithms are introduced to enhance traditional optimization approaches. A series of simulation experiments were designed and implemented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in reducing response time, improving service quality, and enhancing system scalability. The findings indicate that this model significantly improves service composition efficiency while meeting diverse user requirements. A key innovation of this research lies in the development of an optimization algorithm incorporating a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism, which effectively balances the trade-offs between performance and cost, providing new insights and practical references for service management on cloud computing platforms.
