随着社会对慈善公益透明度要求的不断提高，传统管理模式在信息追踪与信任构建方面面临诸多挑战，区块链技术以其去中心化、不可篡改和可追溯等特性为解决这一问题提供了新思路本研究旨在探讨区块链技术在提升慈善公益透明度中的技术创新及其应用价值通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，系统梳理了区块链技术的核心机制及其在慈善公益领域的适用场景，并设计了一种基于智能合约的透明管理框架该框架能够实现捐赠信息的实时记录、全流程追踪以及自动化执行结果表明，区块链技术的应用显著提升了慈善公益项目的透明度和公信力，有效降低了信息不对称带来的信任成本此外，研究还发现，技术实施过程中需重点关注数据隐私保护与跨平台互操作性等问题结论显示，区块链技术为慈善公益透明度的提升提供了可行的技术路径，其创新点在于将智能合约引入捐赠流程以实现规则的程序化执行，从而为行业规范化发展奠定了基础本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一个兼具理论指导与实践操作意义的技术框架，为未来相关研究与应用拓展提供了参考方向关键词：区块链技术; 慈善公益透明度; 智能合约; 信任构建; 数据隐私保护
Abstract
With the increasing societal demand for transparency in charitable public welfare, traditional management models face numerous challenges in terms of information tracking and trust building. Blockchain technology, characterized by its decentralization, immutability, and traceability, offers a novel solution to address these issues. This study aims to explore the technological innovation and application value of blockchain in enhancing transparency in charitable public welfare. By employing a combination of literature analysis and case studies, the research systematically reviews the core mechanisms of blockchain technology and its applicable scenarios within the charitable public welfare domain, while designing a transparent management fr amework based on smart contracts. This fr amework enables real-time recording of donation information, full-process tracking, and automated execution. The results indicate that the application of blockchain technology significantly improves the transparency and credibility of charitable public welfare projects, effectively reducing the trust costs associated with information asymmetry. Additionally, the study reveals that during implementation, key attention must be paid to issues such as data privacy protection and cross-platform interoperability. The conclusion demonstrates that blockchain technology provides a feasible technical pathway for enhancing transparency in charitable public welfare, with its innovation lying in the integration of smart contracts into the donation process to achieve rule-based programmatic execution, thereby laying a foundation for the standardized development of the industry.
