摘 要
心律失常是一种常见的心血管疾病,其发生与心理因素密切相关,患者常因焦虑、抑郁等情绪波动导致病情加重,因此心理护理与健康教育在临床管理中具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨针对心律失常患者的系统化心理护理与健康教育策略,并评估其对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。研究采用随机对照试验方法,选取240例心律失常患者,分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受为期12周的心理护理与健康教育,内容包括情绪管理、疾病知识普及、自我监测技能训练及家庭支持引导。结果显示,干预组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分显著降低,心律失常发作频率减少,生活质量量表得分明显提高,与对照组差异具有统计学意义。关 键 词:心律失常;心理护理;健康教育;焦虑抑郁;生活质量
ABSTRACT
Arrhythmia is a common cardiovascular disease, and its occurrence is closely related to psychological factors. Patients often worsen due to anxiety, depression and other mood fluctuations, so psychological nursing and health education are of great significance in clinical management. This study aims to explore systematic psychological care and health education strategies for arrhythmia patients and to evaluate their impact on their psychological status and quality of life. In a randomized controlled trial, 240 arrhythmia patients were divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group received 12 weeks of psychological care and health education, including emotion management, disease literacy, self-monitoring skills training and family support guidance. The results showed that the intervention group patients had significantly lower anxiety and depression scores, reduced the frequency of arrhythmia attacks, and significantly improved quality of life scale scores, which showed a statistically significant difference from the control group.Key words:Arrhythmia;Psychological Nursing;Health Education;Anxiety And Depression;Quality Of Life
