摘 要
随着资本市场全球化和信息透明化趋势的加剧，上市公司信息披露质量已成为影响投资者决策和市场效率的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨上市公司信息披露质量与投资者保护之间的关系，并分析其对资本市场健康发展的潜在影响。通过构建多元回归模型，选取2015年至2022年间中国A股上市公司的面板数据作为研究样本，综合运用主成分分析法和G指数衡量信息披露质量，同时引入法律环境、公司治理结构等控制变量进行系统性分析。研究表明，信息披露质量的提升显著增强了投资者保护水平，尤其在法律制度较完善的地区表现更为明显；此外，良好的公司治理机制能够进一步强化这一正向关系。

Abstract
With the intensification of capital market globalization and information transparency trend, the quality of information disclosure of listed companies has become a key factor affecting investors' decision-making and market efficiency. This study aims to explore the relationship between the quality of information disclosure and investor protection and analyze its potential impact on the healthy development of the capital market. By constructing A multivariate regression model, the panel data of China's A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2022 were selected as the research sample, the principal component analysis and G index were comprehensively used to measure the quality of information disclosure, and control variables such as legal environment and corporate governance structure were introduced for systematic analysis. Research shows that the improvement of information disclosure quality has significantly enhanced the level of investor protection, especially in areas with better legal systems; moreover, good corporate governance can further strengthen this positive relationship.
