Analysis of the Efficacy of Intelligent Hotel Management Systems in Hotel Operations

Abstract

 With the rapid development of information technology, intelligent hotel management systems have gradually become an essential tool for enhancing operational efficiency and service quality in the hospitality industry. This study focuses on the efficacy of intelligent hotel management systems in practical operations, aiming to explore their specific impacts on optimizing hotel management processes, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction. By employing a combination of literature review and case analysis, this research selects multiple representative hotels both domestically and internationally to conduct an in-depth analysis of their application of intelligent systems. The findings indicate that intelligent management systems can significantly improve the efficiency of various operational aspects, including front desk reception, room management, and back-office support, while effectively reducing labor and resource costs. Moreover, through intelligent analysis of customer data, the system enables personalized service recommendations, thereby substantially enhancing customer experience. Innovatively, this study constructs an evaluation model for assessing the efficacy of intelligent hotel management systems and validates its practical value by integrating quantitative and qualitative analyses. The research demonstrates that intelligent management not only facilitates precise hotel operations but also provides strategic advantages in a highly competitive market environment. These findings offer theoretical foundations and practical references for promoting intelligent technologies in the hotel industry, highlighting significant academic implications and application values.
