  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数据安全与隐私保护成为数字化时代亟待解决的核心问题之一,而区块链技术以其去中心化、不可篡改和透明性等特性为这一领域提供了全新的解决方案本研究旨在探讨区块链技术在数据安全与隐私保护中的应用潜力及其实际效果,通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了区块链技术的基本原理及其在身份认证、数据存储与共享、隐私计算等方面的具体应用场景研究发现,区块链技术能够有效提升数据的安全性和隐私保护水平,尤其是在分布式环境下的数据管理中展现出显著优势此外,本研究提出了一种基于联盟链的隐私保护框架,该框架结合零知识证明与同态加密技术,在确保数据可用性的同时实现了隐私信息的有效保护这一创新方案在医疗健康、金融交易等领域具有广泛的应用前景最终得出结论,区块链技术为数据安全与隐私保护提供了可靠的技术支撑,但其性能优化与标准化建设仍需进一步探索未来研究应关注跨链互操作性及法律监管适配等问题以推动技术的全面落地

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, data security and privacy protection have become one of the core issues urgently needing resolution in the digital era. Blockchain technology, characterized by its decentralization, immutability, and transparency, offers a novel solution to this domain. This study aims to explore the application potential and practical effects of blockchain technology in data security and privacy protection. By integrating literature analysis with case studies, it systematically reviews the fundamental principles of blockchain technology and its specific application scenarios in identity authentication, data storage and sharing, as well as privacy computation. The findings indicate that blockchain technology can effectively enhance data security and privacy protection levels, particularly demonstrating significant advantages in data management within distributed environments. Furthermore, this research proposes a privacy-protection fr amework based on consortium blockchain, which combines zero-knowledge proof and homomorphic encryption technologies. This innovative fr amework ensures data availability while achieving effective protection of private information, showing broad application prospects in fields such as healthcare and financial transactions. Ultimately, it is concluded that blockchain technology provides a reliable technical support for data security and privacy protection; however, further exploration is required for performance optimization and standardization construction. Future research should focus on issues such as cross-chain interoperability and legal regulatory alignment to facilitate the comprehensive implementation of the technology.
