摘 要：茅盾作为中国现代文学的重要作家，其长篇小说以其深刻的社会历史洞察力和独特的叙事风格成为中国文学史上的经典。本研究以茅盾的长篇小说为对象，探讨其作品中社会历史叙事的形成机制及其文化意义，旨在揭示茅盾如何通过文学创作反映并参与20世纪中国社会的历史变迁。茅盾的小说不仅展现了复杂的社会结构与阶级关系，还通过多层次的叙事策略呈现了现代化进程中的矛盾与张力。此外，研究发现茅盾在叙事中巧妙融合了个人经验与集体记忆，从而构建了一种兼具现实主义深度与史诗性广度的文学表达模式。通过社会历史叙事的分析，重新审视文学作品在塑造民族记忆与文化认同中的重要作用。

Social and Historical Narratives in Mao Dun's Novels

Abstract: As an important writer of modern Chinese literature, MAO Dun's novels have become classics in the history of Chinese literature with his profound social and historical insight and unique narrative style. This study takes MAO Dun's novels as the ob ject to explore the formation mechanism and cultural significance of social and historical narration in his works, aiming to reveal how MAO Dun reflected and participated in the historical changes of Chinese society in the 20th century through literary creation. MAO Dun's novels not only show the complex social structure and class relations, but also show the contradictions and tensions in the process of modernization through multi-level narrative strategies. In addition, the study found that MAO Dun skillfully integrated personal experience and collective memory in the narrative, thus constructing a literary ex pression model with both realistic depth and epic breadth. Through the analysis of social and historical narration, the author re-examines the important role of literary works in shaping national memory and cultural identity.
