摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速和互联网技术的迅猛发展，跨境电子商务已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分，其物流模式的选择与效率评估成为学术界和实务界关注的核心议题。本研究以提升跨境电子商务物流运作效率为目标，系统分析了当前主要物流模式的特点及其适用场景，并结合实际案例构建了基于多指标综合评价的物流模式选择框架。研究采用定性分析与定量建模相结合的方法，通过层次分析法（AHP）和数据包络分析（DEA）对不同物流模式的效率进行量化评估。结果表明，不同物流模式在成本、时效性和服务质量等方面存在显著差异，且其适用性高度依赖于具体的业务需求和地区特征。本研究的创新点在于提出了动态适应性的物流模式评估体系，能够为跨境电商企业制定物流策略提供科学依据。此外，研究还揭示了影响物流效率的关键因素，包括政策环境、技术水平和供应链协同能力等。总体而言，本研究不仅丰富了跨境电子商务物流领域的理论框架，也为实践操作提供了有价值的参考，有助于推动行业整体效率的提升。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid development of Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an essential component of international trade, and the selection and efficiency evaluation of its logistics models have emerged as core issues of concern in both academia and practice. This study aims to enhance the operational efficiency of cross-border e-commerce logistics by systematically analyzing the characteristics and applicable scenarios of the major logistics models currently in use. A fr amework for logistics model selection based on multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation is constructed through real-world case studies. The research employs a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling, utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to quantitatively assess the efficiency of different logistics models. The findings indicate that there are significant differences among various logistics models in terms of cost, timeliness, and service quality, with their applicability being highly contingent upon specific business requirements and regional characteristics. The innovation of this study lies in the proposal of a dynamically adaptive logistics model evaluation system, which provides a scientific basis for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to formulate logistics strategies. Furthermore, the study identifies key factors influencing logistics efficiency, including policy environment, technological level, and supply chain coordination capabilities. Overall, this research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of cross-border e-commerce logistics but also offers valuable references for practical operations, contributing to the improvement of industry-wide efficiency.
