摘 要
远程护理作为一种新兴的医疗模式，近年来在改善偏远地区医疗服务可及性方面展现出显著潜力。本研究旨在探讨远程护理技术在偏远地区医疗实践中的应用效果及其对患者健康状况的影响。研究选取中国西部某偏远地区作为试点，通过为期一年的干预实验，采用问卷调查、深度访谈和数据分析等方法，评估远程护理对患者健康管理、医患沟通效率以及医疗资源分配的优化作用。结果显示，远程护理显著提高了患者的健康监测频率和疾病管理能力，减少了因地理障碍导致的就医困难，并有效缓解了当地医疗资源短缺的问题。此外，研究发现远程护理平台的使用显著提升了医护人员的工作效率和满意度。本研究的创新点在于首次系统性地将远程护理技术与偏远地区的实际需求相结合，提出了适应性强且可持续发展的远程护理模式。这一模式不仅为偏远地区医疗服务提供了新思路，也为全球范围内类似问题的解决提供了参考范例。研究表明，远程护理在提升医疗公平性和可及性方面具有重要价值，未来应进一步完善技术支持和政策保障以推动其广泛应用。

Application of Telecare in Healthcare Services for Remote Areas
Abstract
Telemedicine nursing, as an emerging healthcare model, has demonstrated significant potential in recent years for improving the accessibility of medical services in remote areas. This study aims to investigate the application effects of telemedicine nursing technologies in remote healthcare practices and their impacts on patient health conditions. A pilot area in western China was selected, and a one-year intervention experiment was conducted using methods such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and data analysis to evaluate the role of telemedicine nursing in patient health management, the efficiency of doctor-patient communication, and the optimization of medical resource allocation. The results indicate that telemedicine nursing substantially increased the frequency of health monitoring and disease management capabilities for patients, reduced difficulties in accessing healthcare caused by geographical barriers, and effectively alleviated the shortage of local medical resources. Additionally, the study found that the use of telemedicine nursing platforms significantly enhanced the work efficiency and satisfaction of healthcare professionals. The innovation of this research lies in systematically integrating telemedicine nursing technologies with the actual needs of remote areas for the first time, proposing a highly adaptable and sustainable telemedicine nursing model. This model not only provides new perspectives for medical services in remote areas but also offers a reference example for addressing similar issues globally. The study shows that telemedicine nursing holds important value in enhancing healthcare equity and accessibility, and future efforts should focus on further improving technical support and policy guarantees to promote its widespread application.
