摘 要
术后疼痛是患者手术后常见的生理反应，若未得到有效管理，可能引发一系列短期和长期并发症，影响康复进程和生活质量。本研究旨在探讨疼痛管理在术后护理中的重要性，并提出切实可行的实施策略。通过系统回顾国内外相关文献并结合临床实践数据，采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，分析了当前术后疼痛管理的现状、存在的问题及优化路径。研究结果显示，术后疼痛管理不仅能够显著减轻患者的痛苦体验，还能降低并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，同时提高患者满意度。此外，本研究创新性地提出了一种基于多学科协作的个性化疼痛管理模式，强调将心理干预、药物治疗和非药物疗法有机结合，以满足不同患者的需求。该模式在试点应用中取得了良好效果，验证了其可行性和有效性。总体而言，本研究为术后疼痛管理提供了理论支持和实践指导，有助于推动护理质量的全面提升，对改善患者术后恢复具有重要意义。

The Importance of Pain Management in Postoperative Patient Care and Its Implementation Strategies
Abstract
Postoperative pain is a common physiological response experienced by patients after surgery, and if not effectively managed, it may lead to a series of short-term and long-term complications, thereby affecting the recovery process and quality of life. This study aims to explore the importance of pain management in postoperative care and propose practical and feasible implementation strategies. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally and integrating clinical practice data, a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative research was employed to analyze the current status, existing issues, and optimization pathways of postoperative pain management. The results indicate that effective postoperative pain management can significantly alleviate patients' suffering, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten hospital stays, and enhance patient satisfaction. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a personalized pain management model based on multidisciplinary collaboration, emphasizing the integration of psychological interventions, pharmacological treatments, and non-pharmacological therapies to meet the diverse needs of patients. The pilot application of this model yielded positive outcomes, validating its feasibility and effectiveness. Overall, this study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for postoperative pain management, contributing to the comprehensive improvement of nursing quality and playing a significant role in enhancing postoperative recovery for patients.
