摘 要
随着人口老龄化加剧，老年脑瘫患者的护理问题日益凸显，其家庭护理需求尤为迫切。本研究旨在探讨针对老年脑瘫患者的家庭护理指导模式，以提升患者生活质量并减轻家庭负担。研究采用混合方法设计，通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式，对120名老年脑瘫患者及其家属进行数据收集，并结合专业护理人员的实践经验制定个性化护理方案。结果显示，经过为期6个月的家庭护理干预，患者的日常生活能力评分显著提高，家属的心理压力指数明显下降，表明系统化的家庭护理指导能够有效改善患者的生活质量及家庭支持环境。本研究创新性地提出“分层递进式”家庭护理指导模型，将患者功能状态与护理需求相匹配，同时引入远程健康监测技术，为家庭护理提供了科学依据和技术支持。该研究不仅填补了老年脑瘫患者家庭护理领域的理论空白，还为临床护理实践提供了可操作性强的参考框架，具有重要的学术价值和实际应用意义。

A Study on Family Care Guidance for Elderly Patients with Cerebral Palsy
Abstract
As the aging population increases, the nursing challenges faced by elderly patients with cerebral palsy have become more prominent, with a particularly urgent need for home-based care. This study aims to explore a family-care guidance model tailored for elderly patients with cerebral palsy, thereby enhancing their quality of life and alleviating the burden on their families. A mixed-methods design was employed, combining questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to collect data from 120 elderly patients with cerebral palsy and their families, while integrating the practical experience of professional caregivers to develop personalized care plans. The results indicate that after a six-month family-care intervention, there was a significant improvement in the patients' daily living ability scores, along with a marked reduction in the psychological stress index of their family members. These findings demonstrate that systematic family-care guidance can effectively enhance the quality of life for patients and improve the family support environment. This study innovatively proposes a "hierarchical progressive" family-care guidance model, which aligns patients' functional status with their specific care needs, while incorporating remote health monitoring technology to provide scientific evidence and technical support for family care. Not only does this research fill the theoretical gap in the field of family care for elderly patients with cerebral palsy, but it also offers a highly operational reference fr amework for clinical nursing practice, thus possessing significant academic value and practical application implications.
