中文摘要:随着社会对早期教育质量要求的不断提高,家园共育作为连接家庭与幼儿园的重要纽带,其在幼儿教育中的作用日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨家园共育在促进幼儿全面发展中的重要性,并通过实证分析验证其实践效果。研究选取某市三所幼儿园共计300名幼儿及其家长为研究对象,采用问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方法,系统考察了家园共育的实施现状、影响因素及实际成效。研究发现,家园共育不仅能够显著提升幼儿的认知能力、社会性和情感发展水平,还能有效增强家长的教育参与意识和育儿能力。此外,研究还揭示了当前家园共育实践中存在的沟通不足、资源分配不均等问题,并提出了针对性的改进建议。本研究的创新点在于引入了多维度评估体系,从幼儿、家长和教师三方视角全面剖析家园共育的效果,同时构建了基于信息技术的互动平台以优化家校沟通模式。研究结果表明,通过科学规划和资源整合,家园共育能够成为推动幼儿教育高质量发展的关键路径,为相关政策制定和实践改进提供了理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract:As the society's requirements for the quality of early childhood education continue to rise, home-kindergarten co-education, as an important link between families and kindergartens, has become increasingly significant in early childhood education. This study aims to explore the importance of home-kindergarten co-education in promoting the overall development of young children and to empirically analyze its practical effects. A total of 300 children and their parents from three kindergartens in a city were selected as research subjects, and a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses was employed to systematically examine the current implementation status, influencing factors, and actual outcomes of home-kindergarten co-education. The findings indicate that home-kindergarten co-education not only significantly enhances children's cognitive abilities, sociality, and emotional development but also effectively strengthens parents' educational participation awareness and parenting skills. Moreover, the study reveals existing issues in the practice of home-kindergarten co-education, such as insufficient communication and uneven resource distribution, and proposes targeted improvement suggestions. The innovation of this study lies in the introduction of a multi-dimensional evaluation system, which comprehensively analyzes the effects of home-kindergarten co-education from the perspectives of children, parents, and teachers, while constructing an interactive platform based on information technology to optimize home-school communication patterns. The results demonstrate that through scientific planning and resource integration, home-kindergarten co-education can become a critical pathway to promoting high-quality development in early childhood education, providing theoretical support and practical references for relevant policy formulation and practice improvement.
