摘 要
随着医疗模式的转变,健康教育成为护理工作的重要组成部分,对提高患者自我保健能力、改善预后具有重要意义。本研究旨在评价护理人员对患者健康教育的效果,为优化健康教育提供依据。选取某三甲医院2021年1月至2022年1月收治的不同科室共600例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各300例,观察组接受系统化健康教育,包括入院评估制定个性化教育方案、多媒体辅助教学、出院指导等,对照组接受常规护理。采用自制问卷调查两组患者对疾病知识知晓率、遵医行为、满意度,在干预前及干预3个月后进行测评。结果显示,干预后观察组患者疾病知识知晓率、遵医行为、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这表明系统化的健康教育可显著提高患者对自身疾病的认知水平,增强患者的遵医行为,提升患者满意度。

Effect evaluation of health education for patients by nursing staff
Abstract
With the change of medical model, health education has become an important part of nursing work, which is of great significance to improve patients' self-care ability and improve prognosis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of nursing staff on health education for patients and to provide a basis for optimizing health education. A total of 600 patients from different departments admitted to a Grade-Three hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study ob jects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 300 patients in each group according to the random number table method. The observation group received systematic health education, including admission assessment to develop personalized education programs, multimedia assisted teaching, discharge guidance, etc., while the control group received routine nursing. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness rate of disease knowledge, compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients in the two groups before and 3 months after intervention. The results showed that the awareness rate of disease knowledge, compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). This indicates that systematic health education can significantly improve patients' cognition level of their own diseases, enhance patients' compliance behavior, and enhance patients' satisfaction.
