摘要:本文以转基因技术专利对我国粮食安全的影响为研究对象,通过对转基因技术专利的概述、专利保护情况以及其对粮食生产、消费和国际贸易的影响等方面进行分析,探讨了转基因技术专利对我国粮食安全所带来的挑战。研究发现,转基因技术专利在提高粮食产量和质量、减少病虫害等方面表现出积极的作用,但也存在着对传统农作物资源保护、农民生计和消费者健康的潜在风险。基于研究结果,提出了加强转基因技术专利的保护和管理、完善转基因食品安全监管体系以及提高农民对转基因技术的科学认知和应用能力等政策建议。

Abstract:This paper takes the impact of transgenic technology patents on China's food security as the research ob ject, analyzes the overview of transgenic technology patents, patent protection and its impact on food production, consumption and international trade, and probes into the challenges brought by transgenic technology patents on China's food security. It is found that transgenic technology patents play a positive role in improving grain yield and quality and reducing pests and diseases, but there are also potential risks to the protection of traditional crop resources, farmers' livelihoods and consumers' health. Based on the research results, some policy suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the protection and management of transgenic technology patents, improving the safety supervision system of transgenic food, and improving farmers' scientific cognition and application ability of transgenic technology.
