汽车二手车评估模型构建与应用研究

摘  要

随着中国汽车保有量的持续增长,二手车市场逐渐成为汽车流通领域的重要组成部分。然而,传统二手车评估方法存在主观性强、标准不统一等问题,难以满足市场发展需求。为此,本研究旨在构建一个科学、客观的汽车二手车评估模型。通过系统分析影响二手车价值的关键因素,包括车辆基本信息、使用状况、维修记录等,并引入大数据分析和机器学习算法,建立多维度综合评估体系。研究采用数据挖掘技术对海量交易数据进行处理,运用支持向量机、随机森林等先进算法构建预测模型,实现了对二手车残值的精准评估。实验结果表明,该模型在预测精度上较传统方法提高了15%,能够有效减少评估误差。此外,模型还具备良好的泛化能力,可适应不同品牌、车型及市场环境的变化。本研究不仅为二手车交易提供了可靠的定价依据,也为相关监管部门制定政策提供了理论支持,具有重要的实践意义和应用价值。

Abstract

With the continuous growth of automobile ownership in China, the used car market has gradually become an important component of the automotive circulation sector. However, traditional used car evaluation methods suffer from subjectivity and lack of standardized criteria, which fail to meet the demands of market development. To address these issues, this study aims to construct a scientific and ob jective used car valuation model. By systematically analyzing key factors influencing used car value, including vehicle basic information, usage conditions, maintenance records, etc., and incorporating big data analysis and machine learning algorithms, a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system is established. The research employs data mining techniques to process massive transaction data and utilizes advanced algorithms such as support vector machines and random forests to build predictive models, achieving precise assessment of used car residual values. Experimental results show that the model improves prediction accuracy by 15% compared to traditional methods, effectively reducing evaluation errors. Moreover, the model demonstrates good generalization ability, adapting to changes in different brands, models, and market environments. This study not only provides a reliable pricing basis for used car transactions but also offers theoretical support for policy-making by relevant regulatory authorities, highlighting significant practical implications and application value.
