财务共享服务模式作为现代企业财务管理创新的重要成果，为企业成本控制与效率提升提供了新思路。本文旨在探讨财务共享模式下成本控制与效率提升的有效路径，基于对国内外相关理论研究和实践案例的综合分析，结合问卷调查与实地访谈获取一手数据，构建了涵盖流程优化、技术应用、人员管理等多维度的成本控制与效率提升框架。研究表明，在财务共享模式下，通过标准化流程设计可降低约15%的人力成本；借助智能化信息系统能提高30%以上的财务处理效率；建立绩效导向的人才培养机制有助于增强员工专业能力与工作积极性。本文创新性地提出了“业财融合”视角下的成本效益评估模型，为理论研究提供新视角，同时为企业实施财务共享服务战略转型提供了切实可行的操作指南，具有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。

Abstract
Financial shared service (FSS) models, as a significant outcome of modern corporate financial management innovation, offer new approaches for cost control and efficiency enhancement. This study aims to explore effective pathways for cost control and efficiency improvement under the FSS model. By synthesizing domestic and international theoretical research and practical cases, and incorporating primary data obtained from surveys and field interviews, a multidimensional fr amework encompassing process optimization, technology application, and personnel management is constructed. The findings indicate that standardized process design under the FSS model can reduce human resource costs by approximately 15%; intelligent information systems can enhance financial processing efficiency by over 30%; and a performance-oriented talent development mechanism can improve employees' professional skills and work enthusiasm. Innovatively, this paper proposes a cost-benefit evaluation model from the perspective of business-finance integration, providing a new angle for theoretical research and offering practical guidelines for enterprises implementing FSS strategic transformation. This research holds significant theoretical value and practical implications.
