摘 要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展，电子政务平台成为政府提升服务效率、优化治理能力的重要手段。然而，用户接受度直接影响平台的应用效果和可持续发展，因此探究其影响因素具有重要意义。本研究旨在全面剖析电子政务平台用户接受度的影响因素，基于技术接受模型并结合中国国情引入信任、感知风险等变量构建理论模型。采用问卷调查法获取数据，运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示，感知有用性、感知易用性对用户接受度有显著正向影响，信任在其中起部分中介作用，感知风险则呈现负向影响。此外，年龄、教育程度等人口统计学变量也存在不同程度的影响。创新之处在于将信任纳入模型考察，并深入探讨了感知风险的作用机制，丰富了技术接受模型在电子政务领域的应用。

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology, the e-government platform has become an important means for the government to improve its service efficiency and optimize its governance capacity. However, user acceptance directly affects the application effect and sustainable development of the platform, so it is of great significance to explore its influencing factors. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of user acceptance of the e-government platform, and to build a theoretical model based on the technical acceptance model and introducing variables such as trust and perceived risk based on China's national conditions. The questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the data, and the structural equation model was used for the empirical analysis. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant positive impact on user acceptance, and trust plays a partial intermediary role, while perceived risk has a negative impact. In addition, demographic variables such as age and education level were also affected to varying degrees. The innovation lies in incorporating trust into the model investigation, and deeply exploring the action mechanism of perceived risk, and enriching the application of the technology acceptance model in the field of e-government.
