电力系统中的灵活交流输电系统技术应用

摘要 

  随着电力系统规模不断扩大和结构日益复杂,传统交流输电技术面临诸多挑战,如线路传输容量受限、稳定性不足等。为解决这些问题,灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)技术应运而生。该技术通过在输电线路上安装具有快速调节能力的电力电子装置,可有效改善电力系统的运行性能。本文旨在探讨FACTS技术在电力系统中的应用,以提高系统的稳定性和经济性为目标。基于对国内外相关研究的深入分析,结合我国电力系统的实际情况,采用理论研究与仿真分析相结合的方法,重点研究了STATCOM、TCSC等典型FACTS装置的工作原理及其对电力系统的影响。研究结果表明,STATCOM能够显著提升电压稳定性,TCSC可有效增强输电线路的传输能力并抑制低频振荡。此外,还提出了一种基于多目标优化算法的FACTS装置配置方案,实现了在满足系统安全稳定运行的前提下,降低投资成本。这一创新性的配置方法不仅提高了FACTS技术的应用效果,也为电力系统的规划与运行提供了新的思路,对于推动FACTS技术在我国电力系统中的广泛应用具有重要意义。

Abstract

  As the scale and complexity of power systems continue to expand, traditional AC transmission technologies face numerous challenges such as limited transmission capacity and inadequate stability. To address these issues, Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) technology has emerged. By installing power electronic devices with rapid regulation capabilities on transmission lines, FACTS can significantly improve the operational performance of power systems. This paper aims to explore the application of FACTS technology in power systems, with the ob jective of enhancing system stability and economic efficiency. Based on an in-depth analysis of relevant studies both domestically and internationally, and considering the actual conditions of China's power system, this research combines theoretical studies with simulation analysis, focusing on the working principles and impacts of typical FACTS devices such as STATCOM and TCSC. The results indicate that STATCOM can substantially enhance voltage stability, while TCSC effectively increases the transmission capacity of lines and suppresses low-frequency oscillations. Furthermore, a FACTS device configuration scheme based on multi-ob jective optimization algorithms is proposed, achieving cost reduction while ensuring safe and stable system operation. This innovative configuration method not only improves the application effectiveness of FACTS technology but also provides new insights for power system planning and operation, which is significant for promoting the widespread application of FACTS technology in China's power systems.
