中国企业国际化战略的选择与实施路径

摘  要

随着经济全球化进程的加速,中国企业国际化成为必然趋势。本文旨在探讨中国企业国际化战略选择与实施路径,基于资源基础理论和制度理论,通过案例研究法和实证分析法相结合的方式,选取具有代表性的企业样本进行深入剖析。研究表明,在战略选择方面,企业需综合考量自身资源禀赋、目标市场特征等因素,可采取渐进式或跳跃式等不同模式;在实施路径上,包括绿地投资、跨国并购、战略联盟等多种方式,并且要重视文化融合、人才本地化等软实力构建。创新之处在于将理论与实践紧密结合,不仅为企业提供具体可行的操作指南,还从宏观层面为中国企业更好地融入全球经济体系提出政策建议,为相关理论研究提供了新的视角和实证依据,对中国企业提升国际竞争力具有重要指导意义。

Abstract

As the process of economic globalization accelerates, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has become an inevitable trend. This study aims to explore the strategic choices and implementation paths of Chinese enterprises' internationalization by integrating resource-based theory and institutional theory, employing a combination of case study methodology and empirical analysis. Through an in-depth analysis of representative enterprise samples, the research reveals that in terms of strategic selection, enterprises need to comprehensively consider factors such as their own resource endowments and characteristics of target markets, adopting either incremental or leapfrog models. Regarding implementation paths, various methods including greenfield investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances are viable options, with emphasis on the development of soft power elements like cultural integration and local talent utilization. The novelty of this study lies in its close integration of theory and practice, providing specific and actionable guidelines for enterprises while also offering macro-level policy recommendations to facilitate Chinese enterprises' better integration into the global economic system. Moreover, it contributes new perspectives and empirical evidence to relevant theoretical research, significantly guiding Chinese enterprises in enhancing their international competitiveness.
