摘 要
企业并购作为现代企业发展的重要战略手段,在实现资源优化配置和规模经济的同时,也面临着诸多挑战,其中文化整合是影响并购效果的关键因素。本研究基于此背景,旨在探讨企业并购后的文化整合策略及其效果,以期为企业并购提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法及访谈法,选取了具有代表性的并购企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其文化整合过程中的具体举措。研究发现,并购双方在价值观、管理理念、行为规范等方面的差异显著,有效的文化整合策略包括建立共同愿景、加强沟通交流、尊重多元文化等。结果表明,成功实施这些策略的企业能够提高员工认同感与归属感,增强组织凝聚力,促进并购后企业的协同发展。本研究创新性地构建了文化整合效果评价指标体系,从多个维度量化评估文化整合的效果,为后续研究提供了新的视角与方法,同时强调了文化整合在整个并购过程中不可忽视的重要性,对提升我国企业在并购活动中的成功率具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
Corporate mergers and acquisitions (M), as a critical strategic tool for modern enterprise development, achieve optimal resource allocation and economies of scale while encountering numerous challenges, among which cultural integration significantly influences the effectiveness of M This study aims to explore post-M cultural integration strategies and their outcomes, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for corporate M activities. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing case analysis, surveys, and interviews, this research selects representative M enterprises as subjects to thoroughly analyze specific measures taken during the cultural integration process. Findings indicate that significant differences exist between merging parties in terms of values, management philosophies, and behavioral norms. Effective cultural integration strategies include establishing a shared vision, enhancing communication, and respecting multiculturalism. Results show that companies successfully implementing these strategies can increase employee identification and sense of belonging, strengthen organizational cohesion, and promote synergistic development post-M Innovatively, this study constructs an evaluation index system for assessing the effectiveness of cultural integration from multiple dimensions, quantitatively evaluating the impact of cultural integration. This provides new perspectives and methods for subsequent research, emphasizing the indispensable importance of cultural integration throughout the M process, and holds significant practical implications for improving the success rate of Chinese enterprises in M activities.
