共享经济对传统商业模式的影响及应对策略


摘  要

  共享经济作为一种新兴经济形态,以互联网平台为依托,通过整合闲置资源实现供需双方高效匹配,在交通出行、住宿租赁、生活服务等领域迅速发展,对传统商业模式带来巨大冲击。本研究旨在探讨共享经济对传统商业模式的影响及应对策略,基于文献研究与案例分析相结合的方法,深入剖析共享经济的运行机制及其对传统商业在市场结构、盈利模式、竞争格局等方面的影响。研究发现,共享经济改变了传统商业模式的资源配置方式,降低了交易成本,提高了资源利用率,促使传统企业面临市场份额流失、竞争优势削弱等问题。同时,共享经济也带来了新的发展机遇,如促进跨界融合、推动服务创新等。本研究提出传统企业应积极拥抱变革,从战略转型、技术创新、用户体验优化等方面入手,构建开放合作的生态体系,以适应共享经济时代的发展要求。该研究不仅揭示了共享经济影响传统商业模式的内在机理,还为传统企业在新经济环境下的转型升级提供了理论依据和实践指导,具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

Abstract

  The sharing economy, as a new economic form, relies on internet platforms to integrate idle resources and achieve efficient matching between supply and demand, rapidly developing in areas such as transportation, accommodation rental, and living services, thereby posing significant challenges to traditional business models. This study aims to explore the impact of the sharing economy on traditional business models and propose corresponding strategies. By combining literature review with case analysis, this research thoroughly examines the operating mechanisms of the sharing economy and its effects on traditional businesses in terms of market structure, profit models, and competitive landscape. The findings indicate that the sharing economy has altered the resource allocation methods of traditional business models, reduced transaction costs, and improved resource utilization, leading traditional enterprises to face issues such as market share loss and weakened competitive advantages. Meanwhile, the sharing economy also presents new development opportunities, including promoting cross-border integration and driving service innovation. This study suggests that traditional enterprises should actively embrace changes by focusing on strategic transformation, technological innovation, and user experience optimization, building an open and cooperative ecosystem to adapt to the requirements of the sharing economy era. This research not only reveals the intrinsic mechanisms of how the sharing economy influences traditional business models but also provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for traditional enterprises' transformation and upgrading under the new economic environment, possessing significant academic value and practical implications.
