摘要:该研究旨在探讨企业组织结构变革对企业绩效的影响及相关理论基础、现状和策略。首先,分析了组织结构变革的定义、特点,以及动因和影响因素。在此基础上,研究了不同类型和模式的组织结构变革,并对其影响进行了深入探讨。结果表明,组织结构变革对生产效率、员工激励和创新,以及企业经济绩效均产生显著影响。此外,还总结了组织结构变革的常见方法、策略选择和关键成功因素。综合研究成果,深入探讨了企业组织结构变革对企业绩效的关键影响因素,为企业未来的组织结构变革提供了重要的理论和实践指导。

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of organizational structure changes on corporate performance, as well as the relevant theoretical basis, current situation, and strategies. Firstly, the definition, characteristics, motivations, and influencing factors of organizational structure change were analyzed. On this basis, different types and models of organizational structure changes were studied, and their impacts were deeply explored. The results indicate that organizational structure change has a significant impact on production efficiency, employee motivation and innovation, as well as enterprise economic performance. In addition, common methods, strategic choices, and key success factors for organizational structure change were summarized. Based on the comprehensive research results, the key influencing factors of organizational structure change on enterprise performance were deeply explored, providing important theoretical and practical guidance for future organizational structure change of enterprises.
