摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据为企业战略管理带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。传统决策支持系统难以应对海量、多源异构数据的处理需求,基于此背景,本研究旨在构建一个基于大数据的企业战略管理决策支持系统,以提升企业决策的科学性与精准度。该系统融合了数据挖掘、机器学习等先进技术,通过建立数据采集、预处理、分析挖掘及可视化展示的一体化流程,实现对企业内外部环境的全面感知。从方法上看,采用Hadoop分布式文件系统存储海量数据,利用Spark快速处理复杂计算任务,并引入深度学习算法进行模式识别和预测建模。实证研究表明,该系统能够有效整合多源数据资源,准确捕捉市场动态变化趋势,为管理层提供及时可靠的战略决策依据。相较于传统系统,其创新之处在于实现了跨平台数据融合、智能分析预警以及个性化定制服务等功能,显著提高了决策效率与质量,为企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中赢得先机提供了有力保障。此外,本研究还探索了不同行业应用场景下的适应性调整机制,进一步拓展了系统的适用范围,对推动企业管理现代化具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, big data has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to corporate strategic management. Traditional decision support systems struggle to meet the processing demands of massive, multi-source heterogeneous data. Against this backdrop, this study aims to construct a big data-based decision support system for corporate strategic management to enhance the scientific rigor and precision of decision-making. The system integrates advanced technologies such as data mining and machine learning, establishing an integrated workflow that encompasses data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization, thereby achieving comprehensive perception of both internal and external corporate environments. Methodologically, it employs the Hadoop Distributed File System for storing large-scale data, utilizes Spark for rapid processing of complex computational tasks, and incorporates deep learning algorithms for pattern recognition and predictive modeling. Empirical studies demonstrate that the system effectively consolidates multi-source data resources, accurately captures market dynamics, and provides timely and reliable strategic decision-making support to management. Compared with traditional systems, its innovations lie in achieving cross-platform data integration, intelligent analysis and early warning, as well as personalized customization services, significantly improving decision-making efficiency and quality, and providing a robust guarantee for enterprises to gain a competitive edge in a fiercely competitive market environment. Furthermore, this study explores adaptive adjustment mechanisms under different industry application scenarios, further expanding the system's applicability and contributing significantly to the modernization of enterprise management.
