摘 要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,智能家居系统逐渐成为现代家庭生活的重要组成部分,人工智能技术为其提供了新的发展机遇。本研究旨在探讨人工智能技术在智能家居系统中的应用,以提升家居生活的智能化水平和用户体验。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,深入剖析了机器学习算法、自然语言处理及计算机视觉等人工智能技术在环境感知、设备控制、用户行为分析等方面的应用现状。研究发现,基于深度学习的智能语音助手能够实现高效的人机交互,图像识别技术可增强家居安防性能,而个性化推荐系统则显著提升了居住舒适度。本研究创新性地提出了融合多模态数据的智能家居综合解决方案,构建了涵盖数据采集、处理、分析到反馈的完整技术框架,为智能家居系统的智能化升级提供了理论依据和技术支持,推动了智能家居向更加智能、便捷、人性化的方向发展。

Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Smart Home Systems

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, smart home systems have gradually become an integral part of modern family life, and artificial intelligence (AI) technology has provided new opportunities for their advancement. This study aims to investigate the application of AI technology in smart home systems to enhance the level of home intelligence and user experience. By integrating literature review and case analysis, this research thoroughly examines the current applications of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision in environmental perception, device control, and user behavior analysis. The findings indicate that deep learning-based intelligent voice assistants can achieve efficient human-computer interaction, image recognition technology can strengthen home security performance, and personalized recommendation systems significantly improve living comfort. Innovatively, this study proposes a comprehensive smart home solution that integrates multimodal data, establishing a complete technical fr amework covering data collection, processing, analysis, and feedback. This provides theoretical support and technical assistance for the intelligent upgrade of smart home systems, promoting the development of smart homes towards a smarter, more convenient, and more human-centered direction.
