供应链管理中的风险识别与控制

  在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,供应链管理面临着复杂多变的风险因素,准确识别与有效控制这些风险成为提升企业竞争力的关键。本研究旨在系统探讨供应链管理中的风险识别与控制机制,基于对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对实际案例的深入分析,构建了涵盖供应、生产、物流、信息等环节的风险识别框架,并提出了针对性的风险控制策略。通过问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方法获取一手数据,运用统计分析和因子分析等定量方法处理数据,结果表明,供应商选择、库存管理、信息技术应用是影响供应链风险的主要因素。创新性地引入了动态风险管理理念,强调根据不同阶段的特点调整风险应对措施,同时建立了基于大数据分析的风险预警模型,为实时监测和预防风险提供了科学依据。研究结论显示,完善的供应链风险管理体系不仅能降低不确定性带来的负面影响,还能为企业创造新的价值增长点,提高整体运营效率,对现代企业管理具有重要指导意义。

Abstract 
  In the context of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, supply chain management faces complex and dynamic risk factors. Accurately identifying and effectively controlling these risks has become crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness. This study aims to systematically explore risk identification and control mechanisms in supply chain management. By reviewing relevant domestic and international literature and conducting an in-depth analysis of practical cases, a risk identification fr amework encompassing procurement, production, logistics, and information flow is constructed. Targeted risk control strategies are proposed. Primary data were obtained through a combination of questionnaire surveys and field interviews, and statistical and factor analysis methods were employed to process the data. The results indicate that supplier selection, inventory management, and information technology application are the primary factors influencing supply chain risks. Innovatively, this study introduces the concept of dynamic risk management, emphasizing the adjustment of risk response measures according to the characteristics of different stages. Additionally, a risk warning model based on big data analysis is established, providing a scientific basis for real-time monitoring and prevention of risks. The study concludes that a comprehensive supply chain risk management system not only mitigates the negative impacts of uncertainty but also creates new value growth points for enterprises, thereby improving overall operational efficiency. These findings offer significant guidance for modern enterprise management.
