摘 要
随着数字技术的迅猛发展和电影产业全球化进程的加快，电影版权保护面临前所未有的挑战。本文旨在深入探讨电影产业中版权保护面临的法律问题并提出有效对策，以期为电影产业健康发展提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关法律法规进行系统梳理，结合典型案例分析，运用文献研究法、比较研究法等方法，揭示当前我国电影版权保护存在的立法滞后、执法不严、侵权成本低等问题。研究发现，网络环境下的盗版传播速度快、范围广，传统版权保护机制难以适应新形势；同时，新兴技术如区块链等为版权保护带来新机遇。基于此，本文创新性地提出构建多元共治的版权保护体系，包括完善立法、强化执法、提高公众版权意识以及利用新技术手段加强监管等措施，强调政府、行业协会、企业及社会公众应共同参与治理。

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology and the accelerating globalization of the film industry, copyright protection in films faces unprecedented challenges. This paper aims to thoroughly examine the legal issues surrounding copyright protection in the film industry and propose effective countermeasures to support the healthy development of the industry, both theoretically and practically. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international laws and regulations, and through case study analysis, this research employs methods such as literature review and comparative analysis to uncover existing problems in China’s film copyright protection, including legislative lag, lax law enforcement, and low infringement costs. The study finds that under the network environment, the speed and scope of pirated content dissemination are significantly increased, making traditional copyright protection mechanisms inadequate for new circumstances. Meanwhile, emerging technologies like blockchain present new opportunities for copyright protection. Based on these findings, this paper innovatively proposes the establishment of a multi-stakeholder governance system for copyright protection, encompassing measures such as improving legislation, strengthening law enforcement, enhancing public awareness of copyrights, and utilizing new technological means to reinforce supervision. It emphasizes the need for collaborative participation from the government, industry associations, enterprises, and the general public in governance.
