摘 要
随着医疗技术的发展和患者权益意识的提升，患者隐私保护成为护理工作中的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨护理人员对患者隐私保护的认知与实践现状，分析影响因素并提出改进建议。通过文献回顾发现，尽管相关法规不断完善，但在实际工作中仍存在诸多挑战。本研究采用问卷调查法与访谈法相结合的方式，选取某市三所三级甲等医院共320名护理人员作为研究对象，设计了包含认知水平、行为规范、环境支持等方面的调查问卷，并对部分护理人员进行深度访谈。结果显示，大部分护理人员能够认识到患者隐私保护的重要性，但在具体实践中存在执行不到位的情况，主要表现为信息泄露风险较高、操作流程不规范等。进一步分析表明，工作年限、学历水平、培训经历等因素显著影响护理人员的隐私保护意识与行为。本研究创新性地构建了护理人员隐私保护能力评估模型，为后续研究提供了理论依据；同时提出了加强教育培训、完善制度建设、优化工作环境等建议，以期提高护理人员在患者隐私保护方面的综合能力，从而更好地保障患者权益，促进和谐医患关系的建立与发展。

Abstract
With the advancement of medical technology and the increasing awareness of patient rights, patient privacy protection has become an important issue in nursing practice. This study aims to explore nurses' perceptions and practices regarding patient privacy protection, analyze influencing factors, and propose improvement suggestions. Through a literature review, it was found that despite the continuous improvement of relevant regulations, numerous challenges remain in actual practice. This study employed a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews, selecting 320 nurses from three tertiary hospitals in a city as research subjects. A questionnaire was designed covering aspects such as awareness levels, behavioral norms, and environmental support, and in-depth interviews were conducted with some nurses. The results indicated that most nurses recognize the importance of patient privacy protection; however, there are instances of inadequate implementation in practice, primarily manifested as higher risks of information leakage and non-standardized procedures. Further analysis revealed that factors such as years of work experience, educational level, and training history significantly influence nurses' privacy protection awareness and behavior. Innovatively, this study constructed a privacy protection capability assessment model for nurses, providing a theoretical basis for future research. Additionally, suggestions were proposed to enhance comprehensive capabilities in patient privacy protection, including strengthening education and training, improving institutional construction, and optimizing the working environment, thereby better safeguarding patient rights and promoting the establishment and development of harmonious doctor-patient relationships.
