Abstract 
  Under the background of globalization and information technology, supply chain management is faced with increasingly complex cost control challenges. In order to explore the key factors and optimization paths of supply chain cost control, this study is based on system theory and cost driver theory, using the combination of literature analysis, case study and empirical analysis to deeply analyze the typical enterprises in manufacturing and service industry. The research shows that the degree of information sharing, partner selection, inventory management strategy, and logistics distribution efficiency are the main factors affecting the supply chain cost. By building mathematical models and using statistical analysis tools, it is found that improving information transparency can reduce transaction costs by 15% -20%, optimizing partnership can reduce operating costs by 10% -15%, scientific inventory management can reduce inventory holding cost by 8% -12%, and efficient logistics distribution system can save transportation costs by 5% -10%. Innovative cost prediction model and dynamic adjustment mechanism based on big data analysis to provide real-time decision support for enterprises.
