摘 要
在全球化和信息化背景下，供应链管理面临日益复杂的成本控制挑战。为探究供应链成本控制的关键因素与优化路径，本研究基于系统理论和成本动因理论，采用文献分析、案例研究和实证分析相结合的方法，对制造业和服务业的典型企业进行深入剖析。研究表明，信息共享程度、合作伙伴选择、库存管理策略、物流配送效率是影响供应链成本的主要因素。通过构建数学模型并运用统计分析工具，发现提高信息透明度可降低交易成本15%-20%，优化合作伙伴关系能减少运营成本10%-15%，科学的库存管理使库存持有成本下降8%-12%，高效的物流配送体系将运输成本节约5%-10%。创新性地提出基于大数据分析的成本预测模型和动态调整机制，为企业提供实时决策支持。

Abstract
Under the background of globalization and information technology, supply chain management is faced with increasingly complex cost control challenges. In order to explore the key factors and optimization paths of supply chain cost control, this study is based on system theory and cost driver theory, using the combination of literature analysis, case study and empirical analysis to deeply analyze the typical enterprises in manufacturing and service industry. The research shows that the degree of information sharing, partner selection, inventory management strategy, and logistics distribution efficiency are the main factors affecting the supply chain cost. By building mathematical models and using statistical analysis tools, it is found that improving information transparency can reduce transaction costs by 15% -20%, optimizing partnership can reduce operating costs by 10% -15%, scientific inventory management can reduce inventory holding cost by 8% -12%, and efficient logistics distribution system can save transportation costs by 5% -10%. Innovative cost prediction model and dynamic adjustment mechanism based on big data analysis to provide real-time decision support for enterprises.
