启发式算法在网络安全风险评估中的应用研究

摘要 

  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络安全面临日益复杂的威胁态势,传统风险评估方法难以应对动态多变的网络环境。本研究旨在探索启发式算法在网络风险评估中的应用潜力,以提升评估效率和准确性。通过引入遗传算法、蚁群优化等智能计算方法,构建了基于启发式搜索的风险评估模型,该模型能够根据网络拓扑结构和实时流量特征进行自适应调整。研究采用仿真实验与实际案例相结合的方式,对不同规模网络系统进行了测试验证。实验结果表明,所提方法在识别关键风险点方面具有显著优势,平均准确率达到92.3%,较传统方法提升了15.4%。特别是在处理大规模复杂网络时,算法表现出良好的可扩展性和鲁棒性。本研究创新性地将生物启发式算法应用于网络安全领域,提出了基于群体智能的风险评估框架,为解决网络空间安全问题提供了新思路。该成果不仅丰富了网络风险管理理论体系,也为实际工程应用提供了有效工具,对于提高我国网络安全防护水平具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of information technology, cybersecurity is confronted with increasingly complex threat landscapes, making traditional risk assessment methods inadequate for the dynamic and ever-changing network environment. This study aims to explore the potential application of heuristic algorithms in network risk assessment to enhance both efficiency and accuracy. By incorporating intelligent computing methods such as genetic algorithms and ant colony optimization, a heuristic search-based risk assessment model has been developed, which can adaptively adjust according to network topology and real-time traffic characteristics. The research combines simulation experiments with real-world case studies to test and validate systems of varying scales. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits significant advantages in identifying critical risk points, achieving an average accuracy rate of 92.3%, representing a 15.4% improvement over traditional methods. Notably, when dealing with large-scale complex networks, the algorithm shows excellent scalability and robustness. Innovatively applying bio-inspired heuristic algorithms to the field of cybersecurity, this study proposes a swarm intelligence-based risk assessment fr amework, offering new perspectives for addressing cyberspace security issues. This achievement not only enriches the theoretical system of network risk management but also provides effective tools for practical engineering applications, significantly contributing to enhancing China's cybersecurity protection level.
