摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻，可持续发展理念逐渐成为工业设计领域的重要导向。本研究旨在探讨可持续理念在工业设计中的应用路径及其效果，通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了国内外相关研究成果，并选取典型企业进行实地调研。研究发现，将生态友好、资源循环利用及社会价值等可持续要素融入产品全生命周期管理，不仅能够降低环境负荷，还能为企业创造新的商业价值。创新点在于构建了一个涵盖材料选择、制造工艺、使用过程以及废弃处理四个维度的评估框架，为设计师提供具体的操作指南。同时，本研究强调用户参与式设计的重要性，倡导从源头上减少浪费并提高产品的耐用性和可维护性。结果表明，在保证功能性的前提下，采用可持续设计理念的产品在市场上获得了更好的口碑和经济效益。结论是，可持续理念的应用不仅是应对环境挑战的有效手段，更是推动产业升级、实现绿色发展的必然选择，为工业设计注入了新的活力和发展机遇。

Abstract
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, the concept of sustainable development has gradually emerged as a crucial guiding principle in the field of industrial design. This study aims to explore the application pathways and effects of sustainability principles in industrial design by integrating literature review with case analysis, systematically synthesizing relevant research findings both domestically and internationally, and conducting field surveys of representative enterprises. The findings reveal that incorporating eco-friendly practices, resource recycling, and social value into product lifecycle management not only reduces environmental impact but also creates new business value for enterprises. An innovative contribution of this research is the construction of an evaluation fr amework encompassing four dimensions: material selection, manufacturing processes, usage phase, and disposal handling, providing designers with concrete operational guidelines. Additionally, this study underscores the importance of participatory design involving users, advocating for waste reduction at the source and enhancing product durability and maintainability. The results indicate that products designed with sustainability principles achieve better market reputation and economic benefits while ensuring functionality. In conclusion, the application of sustainability concepts is not only an effective approach to addressing environmental challenges but also an inevitable choice for promoting industrial upgrading and achieving green development, infusing new vitality and opportunities into industrial design.
