  随着全球环境问题日益严峻,绿色发展理念逐渐成为制造业转型的重要导向。本文聚焦于绿色理念下机械设计制造的自动化发展,旨在探讨如何将环保、节能等绿色要素融入传统机械制造自动化进程中。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理与分析,结合实地调研和案例研究,揭示了当前机械制造自动化面临的资源消耗大、环境污染重等问题,并提出以智能化、集成化为特征的绿色自动化解决方案。研究表明,在产品生命周期各阶段引入绿色设计理念,能够有效降低能耗、减少废弃物排放,同时提升生产效率和产品质量。创新性地构建了基于物联网、大数据技术的智能监控平台,实现了对生产设备运行状态的实时监测与优化控制,为实现绿色制造提供了技术支撑。此外,提出了涵盖设计、生产、回收再利用全过程的绿色评价体系,为企业实施绿色制造战略提供决策依据。研究结果表明,将绿色理念贯穿于机械设计制造自动化全链条,不仅有助于环境保护,更能推动产业转型升级,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。

Abstract
  As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, the concept of green development has gradually emerged as a critical guiding principle for the transformation of manufacturing industries. This paper focuses on the automation development of mechanical design and manufacturing under the fr amework of green philosophy, aiming to explore how environmental protection, energy conservation, and other green factors can be integrated into traditional automated manufacturing processes. Through systematic review and analysis of relevant domestic and international literature, combined with field research and case studies, this study reveals the current challenges faced by automated mechanical manufacturing, such as high resource consumption and significant environmental pollution. It proposes green automation solutions characterized by intelligence and integration. The research demonstrates that incorporating green design principles throughout the product lifecycle can effectively reduce energy consumption and waste emissions while enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Innovatively, an intelligent monitoring platform based on Internet of Things (IoT) and big data technologies has been constructed, achieving real-time monitoring and optimized control of equipment operation status, thereby providing technical support for green manufacturing. Additionally, a comprehensive green evaluation system covering the entire process from design, production to recycling and reuse is proposed, offering decision-making references for enterprises implementing green manufacturing strategies. The findings indicate that integrating green philosophy throughout the entire chain of mechanical design and manufacturing automation not only contributes to environmental protection but also promotes industrial transformation and upgrading, achieving a win-win situation for economic and social benefits.
