  随着制造业竞争日益激烈,自动化技术成为提升机械制造效率的关键手段。本文聚焦于自动化技术在机械制造中的应用,旨在探讨其对生产效率的提升策略。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对典型企业的实地调研,研究发现自动化生产线的引入能够显著提高生产精度与速度,降低人工成本并减少人为错误。创新性地提出基于物联网和人工智能的智能监控系统,实现设备状态实时监测与故障预警,优化生产流程管理。同时,结合大数据分析技术,建立预测性维护模型,有效延长设备使用寿命。研究结果表明,通过集成自动化控制系统、机器人技术和信息化管理系统,可使整体生产效率提升30%以上。此外,柔性自动化生产线的应用提高了企业应对市场变化的能力,增强了产品竞争力。本研究为传统机械制造企业转型升级提供了理论依据和技术支持,具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。

Abstract
  As competition in the manufacturing sector intensifies, automation technology has emerged as a critical means to enhance efficiency in mechanical manufacturing. This study focuses on the application of automation technology in mechanical manufacturing, aiming to explore strategies for improving production efficiency. Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature and field research at typical enterprises, it was found that the introduction of automated production lines significantly enhances production accuracy and speed, reduces labor costs, and minimizes human errors. Innovatively, this study proposes an intelligent monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence, which enables real-time equipment status monitoring and predictive fault warnings, thereby optimizing production process management. Furthermore, by integrating big data analytics, a predictive maintenance model is established to effectively extend equipment lifespan. The research results indicate that integrating automated control systems, robotics technology, and information management systems can increase overall production efficiency by more than 30%. Additionally, the application of flexible automated production lines improves enterprises' ability to respond to market changes, enhancing product competitiveness. This study provides theoretical foundations and technical support for traditional mechanical manufacturing enterprises undergoing transformation and upgrading, demonstrating significant practical implications and application value.
