  电力系统黑启动是应对大停电事故、保障电网安全稳定运行的关键技术,随着新能源的广泛应用和电网规模的不断扩大,传统黑启动方案面临诸多挑战。为此,本文聚焦于电力系统黑启动方案优化与恢复策略研究,旨在构建适应现代复杂电网需求的黑启动体系。研究基于多源数据融合技术,提出了一种考虑分布式电源接入的黑启动优化模型,该模型综合评估了机组特性、网络拓扑结构及负荷恢复顺序等因素,通过改进遗传算法实现全局最优解搜索。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效提高黑启动成功率,缩短恢复时间,降低启动成本。创新性地引入了智能决策支持系统,实现了对黑启动全过程的动态监测与实时调整,显著提升了系统的灵活性和鲁棒性。此外,针对不同场景下的黑启动需求,制定了差异化恢复策略,为实际工程应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑,研究成果对提升电力系统应急响应能力具有重要价值。

Abstract

  Black start of power systems is a critical technology for addressing large-scale blackout incidents and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the grid. With the widespread application of renewable energy and the continuous expansion of grid scale, traditional black start schemes face numerous challenges. This study focuses on the optimization of black start schemes and recovery strategies in power systems, aiming to construct a black start system that meets the demands of modern complex grids. Based on multi-source data fusion technology, this research proposes an optimized black start model that considers the integration of distributed generation. The model comprehensively evaluates factors such as unit characteristics, network topology, and load restoration sequence, achieving global optimal solution search through an improved genetic algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively increase the success rate of black start operations, reduce recovery time, and lower startup costs. Innovatively, an intelligent decision support system has been introduced, enabling dynamic monitoring and real-time adjustment throughout the black start process, thereby significantly enhancing system flexibility and robustness. Additionally, differentiated recovery strategies have been formulated for black start requirements under various scenarios, providing theoretical basis and technical support for practical engineering applications. The research findings are of significant value in improving the emergency response capability of power systems.
