摘要:本文针对大型公共建筑能耗监测与节能服务问题,以基于物联网为技术支撑进行研究。首先介绍了研究的背景和目的,分析了国内外研究现状。然后详细介绍了物联网技术及其在建筑能耗监测中的应用,设计了基于物联网的大型公共建筑能耗监测系统。接下来,对大型公共建筑能耗特点进行了分析,并提出了相应的能耗分析方法和节能策略。同时,对大型公共建筑能耗监测与节能服务面临的挑战进行了探讨,包括数据收集与处理、节能策略制定与实施,以及节能效果评估和持续改进。在此基础上,提出了基于物联网的大型公共建筑能耗监测系统的节能服务模式,包括实施步骤和效果评估。最后,给出了对策,分别是建立完善的能耗监测系统、制定科学的节能策略和提供个性化的节能服务。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of energy consumption monitoring and energy saving service of large public buildings, this paper studies on the technical support based on the Internet of Things. Firstly, the background and purpose of the research are introduced, and the research status at home and abroad is analyzed. Then it introduces the Internet of Things technology and its application in building energy consumption monitoring in detail, and designs a large public building energy consumption monitoring system based on Internet of Things. Then, the characteristics of energy consumption of large public buildings are analyzed, and the corresponding energy consumption analysis methods and energy-saving strategies are proposed. At the same time, the challenges of energy consumption monitoring and energy saving services for large public buildings are discussed, including data collection and processing, energy saving strategy formulation and implementation, energy saving effect evaluation and continuous improvement. On this basis, an energy saving service model of large public building energy consumption monitoring system based on Internet of Things is proposed, including implementation steps and effect evaluation. Finally, the countermeasures are given, which are to establish a perfect energy consumption monitoring system, formulate scientific energy saving strategies and provide personalized energy saving services.
