摘 要
随着大数据时代的到来,数据量呈指数级增长,如何有效呈现复杂数据成为亟待解决的问题。本研究聚焦信息可视化设计原则在大数据呈现中的应用,旨在探索提升数据理解与分析效率的方法。通过对现有可视化理论框架的系统梳理,结合人机交互、认知科学等多学科视角,构建了适用于大数据场景的信息可视化设计模型。该模型强调以用户为中心的设计理念,注重数据特征与视觉表达的匹配性,提出了层次化信息组织、动态交互反馈及多维度数据映射等关键策略。研究采用定性和定量相结合的方法,通过案例分析、用户测试和对比实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明,基于该模型设计的可视化方案能够显著提高用户对复杂数据的理解速度和准确性,增强数据分析能力。创新点在于首次将认知负荷理论引入大数据可视化领域,提出了一套完整的评估指标体系,并开发了相应的工具原型。本研究不仅为大数据可视化提供了理论指导,也为实际应用提供了可操作性强的设计指南,推动了信息可视化领域的创新发展。

Abstract
With the advent of the big data era, the volume of data is growing exponentially, making the effective presentation of complex data an urgent challenge. This study focuses on the application of information visualization design principles in big data presentation, aiming to explore methods for enhancing data understanding and analysis efficiency. By systematically reviewing existing visualization theoretical fr ameworks and incorporating multidisciplinary perspectives such as human-computer interaction and cognitive science, a novel information visualization design model suitable for big data scenarios has been constructed. This model emphasizes user-centered design, focusing on the alignment between data characteristics and visual ex pression, and proposes key strategies including hierarchical information organization, dynamic interactive feedback, and multidimensional data mapping. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods through case analysis, user testing, and comparative experiments, thereby validating the effectiveness of the proposed methods. Results indicate that visualization schemes designed based on this model can significantly improve users' speed and accuracy in understanding complex data and enhance their data analysis capabilities. An innovation of this study lies in its pioneering introduction of cognitive load theory into the field of big data visualization, proposing a comprehensive set of evaluation indicators and developing corresponding tool prototypes. This research not only provides theoretical guidance for big data visualization but also offers practical and operational design guidelines, promoting innovative development in the field of information visualization.
