  随着医疗数据量的急剧增长和对精准诊断需求的提升,传统医疗诊断系统面临诸多挑战,人工智能技术为解决这些问题提供了新的思路。本研究旨在探讨人工智能在医疗诊断系统中的辅助作用,以提高诊断效率与准确性为目的。通过文献综述、案例分析以及算法对比等方法,选取多种典型的人工智能算法如深度学习中的卷积神经网络等应用于医疗影像识别、疾病预测等方面。结果表明,人工智能可快速处理海量医疗数据,在肺结节检测中灵敏度达到90%以上,误诊率较传统方法降低约20%,对于一些罕见病症能够提供早期预警并给出可能的诊断方向。

Abstract 
  With the rapid growth of the amount of medical data and the increasing demand for accurate diagnosis, the traditional medical diagnosis system faces many challenges, and artificial intelligence technology provides new ideas to solve these problems. This study aims to investigate the auxiliary role of AI in medical diagnostic system with the aim of improving diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. Through literature review, case analysis and algorithm comparison, a variety of typical AI algorithms such as convolutional neural network in deep learning are selected to be applied to medical image recognition, disease prediction and other aspects. The results show that artificial intelligence can quickly process massive medical data, and the sensitivity reaches more than 90% in the detection of pulmonary nodules, and the misdiagnosis rate is about 20% lower than that of traditional methods, which can provide early warning and give possible diagnosis directions for some rare diseases.
