  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,云计算平台作为新型计算模式在资源高效利用方面展现出巨大潜力,但其面临的资源调度问题也日益凸显。为此,本研究聚焦于云计算平台下的资源调度与优化策略,旨在提高资源利用率、降低能耗并提升服务质量。基于此目的,采用理论分析与仿真实验相结合的方法,首先构建了涵盖多种资源类型的综合评价模型,以全面衡量资源性能;然后提出了一种基于智能算法的动态资源调度策略,该策略能够根据实时任务需求和资源状态进行灵活调整。通过大量仿真实验验证,结果表明所提出的策略相较于传统方法,在平均响应时间上缩短约30%,资源利用率提高了25%左右,并且有效降低了系统能耗。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing platform, as a new computing model, has shown great potential in the efficient utilization of resources, but the problem of resource scheduling is becoming increasingly prominent. To this end, this study focuses on resource scheduling and optimization strategies under the cloud computing platform, aiming to improve resource utilization, reduce energy consumption, and improve service quality. For this purpose, using the combination of theoretical analysis and simulation experiment, a comprehensive evaluation model covering a variety of resource types to measure resource performance comprehensively; then a dynamic resource scheduling strategy based on intelligent algorithm is proposed, which can be adjusted flexibly adjusted according to the real-time task requirements and resource status. Through a large number of simulation experiments, the results show that the proposed strategy reduces the average response time by about 30%, improves the resource utilization rate by about 25%, and effectively reduces the system energy consumption.
