阻生牙拔除术中并发症的预防与处理
阻生牙拔除术是口腔外科常见手术，但易引发多种并发症，如邻近组织损伤、出血不止、干槽症等，严重影响患者术后恢复和生活质量。本研究旨在探讨阻生牙拔除术中并发症的预防与处理策略，以提高手术安全性。通过对2018 - 2023年期间在我院接受阻生牙拔除术的567例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结并发症发生情况，并针对不同并发症类型制定个性化预防措施。结果显示，采用术前精准评估、术中精细操作及术后规范护理相结合的方式，可显著降低并发症发生率，其中干槽症发生率由传统方法的12.4%降至5.8%，邻近组织损伤发生率从9.6%降至3.2%。

Abstract
Impetive tooth extraction is a common operation in oral surgery, but it is easy to cause a variety of complications, such as adjacent tissue damage, bleeding, dry trough, etc., which seriously affects the postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients. This study aims to investigate the prevention and management strategies of intraoperative complications to improve surgical safety. Through a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 567 patients who underwent impacted tooth extraction in our hospital during 2018-2023, the occurrence of complications was summarized and personalized precautions were developed for different types of complications. The results showed that the complication rate of precise preoperative evaluation, fine intraoperative manipulation and standardized postoperative care was significantly reduced, with the incidence of dry groove disease decreasing from 12.4% to 5.8%, and the incidence of adjacent tissue damage from 9.6% to 3.2%
