摘 要
本研究针对小学数学课程资源的开发与利用进行了深入探讨。在当前教育改革背景下，数学课程资源的有效开发与利用显得尤为重要。本研究旨在通过系统分析和案例研究，挖掘小学数学课程资源的开发潜力，并提出切实可行的利用策略。研究方法融合了文献综述、实地考察以及教师访谈等多种手段，确保了研究的全面性和深入性。研究结果显示，通过整合校内外资源、创新教学方式、引入信息技术等手段，可以显著提升小学数学课程的教学质量和学生的学习兴趣。本研究不仅为小学数学课程资源的开发与利用提供了理论支持，还结合实践案例，为一线教师提供了具体可操作的教学建议。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the development and utilization of primary school mathematics curriculum resources. Under the background of the current educational reform, the effective development and utilization of mathematics curriculum resources are particularly important. This study aims to explore the development potential of primary school mathematics curriculum resources through systematic analysis and case study, and propose practical utilization strategies. The research method integrates literature review, field visits and teacher interviews to ensure the comprehensiveness and depth of the research. The research results show that the teaching quality of primary school mathematics curriculum and students' interest in learning can be significantly improved by integrating resources inside and outside the school, innovating teaching methods, introducing information technology and other means. This study not only provides theoretical support for the development and utilization of primary school mathematics curriculum resources, but also provides specific and operational teaching suggestions for front-line teachers combined with practical cases.
