妊娠期糖尿病孕妇饮食管理与护理干预效果
摘 要
本研究旨在探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的饮食管理与护理干预效果。通过实施个性化的饮食计划和综合护理干预，我们观察了其对孕妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。研究采用随机对照试验设计，将妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受定制的饮食指导与综合护理，而对照组则接受常规护理。结果显示，实验组孕妇的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组，且实验组孕妇的妊娠结局也更为理想。本研究创新性地结合了饮食管理与综合护理干预，有效改善了妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的健康状况。这一研究不仅为妊娠期糖尿病管理提供了新的思路，也为临床实践提供了有力的科学依据，表明综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病管理中具有显著效果。

Effect of dietary management and nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus
ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the effects of dietary management and nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. By implementing a personalized dietary plan and integrated care intervention, we observed its effects on maternal glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes. The study used a randomized controlled trial design to divided pregnant women with gestational diabetes into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received customized dietary instruction with integrated care, whereas the control group received usual care. The results showed that the glycemic control of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in the experimental group was also more ideal. This study innovatively combined dietary management with integrated care intervention to effectively improve the health status of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. This study not only provides new ideas for the management of gestational diabetes, but also provides a strong scientific basis for clinical practice, indicating that comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effects in the management of gestational diabetes.
